The source claimed it was a temporary solution while she is " still looking for another house ."

She is staying in the area to not disrupt the kids' lives ," the source elaborated, " They will be back at school in the fall with their friends" .

Although the situation between the couple is a complicated one, "Christine is trying to keep everything as normal as possible. Her sole focus is the kids." Added the source.

Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce in May and everything is going forward according to the prenup that they signed when the handbag designer and former model married the actor.

Costner is currently on vacation in Aspen, Colorado with their children Cayden, Hayes, and Grace while Christine Baumgartner is moving.

The court ordered that she'd vacate the house after Costner made a case that he fears, Christine would "rob him blind".

Costner said Baumgartner had " shown a disturbing propensity in the last several months, both before and after separation, to take [Kevin's] property without his knowledge or consent, especially since this case was filed ."

Meanwhile, a judge determined that Kevin Costner had the responsibility of paying Baumgartner $129,755 per month in child support while they agreed that both of them would split their children's health and school necessities.
