Lingling Kwong Named Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2026

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Thai actress and model Sirilak Kwong, widely known as Lingling Kwong, has been crowned the Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2026. The 31-year-old star secured the top position in the latest rankings released by Netizens Choice Magazine.

Lingling achieved the title after receiving approximately 22 million votes in a global poll. With this victory, she succeeds Turkish actress Sıla Türkoğlu, who held the title in 2025.

Born and raised in Hong Kong on May 11, 1995, to a Chinese father and a Thai mother, Lingling moved to Thailand at the age of 17 to pursue higher education. She studied Tourism Management at Khon Kaen University—a background that later helped her navigate diverse entertainment markets across Asia.

Her entry into the entertainment industry began through beauty pageants in Thailand. She won Miss Khao Suan Kwang in 2018 and earned the Miss Photogenic title at the Miss Khon Kaen pageant. These competitions gave her valuable media exposure and public presence, forming a solid foundation for her career.

According to Tatler Asia, Lingling gained widespread recognition after starring in the 2024 drama The Secret of Us, where she played a doctor named Fahlada. She continued her rising acting career in 2025 by starring alongside fellow Thai star Orm Kornnaphat in the action-romance series Only You.

Beyond acting, Lingling expanded into business by launching her own fashion brand, Always Wonder, which focuses on contemporary clothing and accessories. The enterprise highlights her interest in design and brand development while broadening her reach from entertainment to retail fashion.

Lingling is also an active fashion model and a regular guest at major global events, including Paris Fashion Week. During Paris Fashion Week 2025, she made her international runway debut walking for Dior and was subsequently appointed as a Global Brand Ambassador for the French luxury house. Heading into early 2026, she became the face of Calvin Klein, appearing in campaigns and video content for their ready-to-wear and underwear lines.

Now, her spotlight shines even brighter as Netizens Choice Magazine officially names Lingling the Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2026.

In addition to the global title, she was also voted the Most Beautiful Woman in Thailand 2026 in the same awards—making her the first star in the history of the poll to win both titles in a single year.
